FROM THE BOQ: BUSINESS, POLITICS AND ETHICS #80

Another question from Gregory Stock’s book is this:

Imagine that one day your widowed father, who was very wealthy and very old, told you he was going to change his will and give all his money to charity.  Assuming you knew he would not change his mind and was quite sane, would you consider trying to block your disinheritance by having him declared incompetent?

I would consider trying to block my disinheritance, but not by having him declared incompetent.
