FROM THE BOQ: BUSINESS, POLITICS AND ETHICS #139

Another question from Gregory Stock’s book is this:

If you had a great job at a wonderful company, and then accidentally discovered that for years management had been doctoring the books to steal money from the absentee owner, what would you do?

If that were the case, it wouldn’t exactly be a wonderful company would it?

But to answer the question as is:  I would first resign, with no explanation.

How much would your actions be influenced by whether you liked the managers?

I would first resign, whether I liked the managers or not.

Then I would decide what to do further.
