Be the change you wish to see in the world by limiting the Digital-Age technology in your life.

A smartphone can easily make you stupid, and social media can easily make you antisocial.

You’re better off without a smartphone, and you’re better off without any social-media accounts.

As long as I can have only a landline phone, a desktop computer, and a blog, so can you.

Even if you get rid of your smartphone, and get a basic cellphone with no Internet capabilities (a.k.a. a flip phone), you’ll be a lot better off.

And even if you close your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and/or other social-media accounts, and start a blog, you’ll be a lot better off.

If you limit the Digital-Age technology in your life, you can make a positive difference in your life—and in your country, and in your world.

Gandhi didn’t exactly say, “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” but it’s still very good advice.

Be the change you wish to see in the world by limiting the Digital-Age technology in your life.
