Either open Walmart #1605 back up 24 hours a day, or stop the online grocery pickup service at this store—one or the other!

Store #1605 has been out-of-stock of just about everything, since you started this Walmart “grocery pickup” (online grocery ordering) garbage! You need to do one of two things to remedy this situation: either reopen this store 24 hours a day, or stop the grocery pickup service at this store! The reason I am so enraged about this is that I have previously made this same petition to you (Walmart corporate), about this same problem—and you closed the case, without ever resolving it!  This is why we hate Walmart—right here!  If you close this case that I am making anew—without resolving it—I will file a lawsuit against Walmart corporate! Reopen Walmart #1605 24 hours a day, or stop the “online grocery pickup” service at this store!  Do one or the other, or I swear to God, I will find a way to sue Walmart corporate!  And don’t you dare close this case, until you do one or the other!  I am goddamned tired of your negligence and abuse of us, your loyal customers!

I desperately needed to get some food at Walmart #1605 early yesterday morning.  But of course Walmart #1605 was closed early yesterday morning.  So I had to get a cab to Walmart #3484 just to get that food I desperately needed.  And my cab fare was $40.
You owe me $40.
Remember—I could not have even gotten a bus to Walmart #3484 early yesterday morning—because the buses here—the only public transportation here—do not run from 12 to 6 am!
You owe me $40 for the cab fare I was forced to pay early yesterday morning—because Walmart  #1605 was closed early yesterday morning—when it should have been open!
From now on, every time I have to pay any money for cab fare to any Walmart that’s still open 24 hours a day—because Walmart #1605 is closed from 12 to 6 am—I will hold you (Walmart corporate) responsible for that cab fare—I will expect you to reimburse me that cab fare.
This is not a joke—I am serious as hell about this.
You owe me $40 right now.  And you will inevitably owe me a great deal more, if you refuse to reopen Walmart #1605 24 hours a day.
In fact, if you reopen Walmart #1605 24 hours a day, RIGHT AWAY, I’ll forgive you this $40 you owe me so far—I’ll tear up your bill.
Otherwise, get ready to pay up.
I am a tenacious son of a bitch, with very little to lose.
And I will manage, somehow, to secure a lawyer who will help me sue the hell out of Walmart corporate, if you do not reopen Walmart #1605 24 hours a day.
I am goddamned tired of you CEOs who relentlessly abuse us, your customers—and even your employees—while you take trips to the Greek Isles, etc.
Reopen Walmart #1605 24 hours a day—or prepare to suffer the direst legal consequences.

I am filing a complaint against a manager named Jon, at Walmart #1605. At 6:35 p.m. today, June 12, 2019, after I purchased some groceries there, at Walmart #1605, I asked a Walmart employee if the store manager, Lachelle Dexter, was there.  He said she was not, but asked if I’d like to speak with another manager.  I said I would, and this employee notified a manager named Jon, who was in a checkout lane himself.  Jon was holding a little girl, and he placed her in the arms of another employee—then stepped back to talk to me.  It was a strange gesture—as if he was expecting some kind of physical confrontation with me.  I began telling Jon about the problem I was having with this store refusing to reopen 24 hours a day, and he said his store had nothing to do with that—that only corporate could do anything about that.  I told him about the problem I was having with Lachelle Dexter refusing to call or email me, after I had left my phone number and both my email addresses with numerous Walmart employees and managers, and a message asking her to contact me.  He said she didn’t have time to talk to me—and neither did he.  “We can’t keep talking to you,” he said.  “Every time you come up here, you want to speak to one of us managers—and we can’t keep talking to you.” Everything I told Jon, he argued with me about.  All Jon did was gaslight me, talk down to me, interrupt me, threaten to ban me from the store—and loudly tell me to lower my voice.  Jon went out of his way to provoke me.  Soon, an off-duty Pensacola police officer ordered me to go outside the store and talk to him (this was not his jurisdiction, since it was not in the Pensacola city limits).  But he allowed Jon to follow him and me outside—then allowed Jon to verbally abuse me, as he verbally abused me!  The fact is, Jon escalated the situation—then this off-duty police officer sided with Jon, against me, and further escalated the situation!  (I am filing a complaint with Pensacola Police Chief Tommy Lyter about the misbehavior of this Pensacola Police officer.)  The behavior of this manager, Jon, was inexcusable.  All he did was gaslight me, talk down to me, interrupt me, threaten to ban me from the store—and loudly tell me to lower my voice.  Jon even refused to give Lachelle Dexter another message for me.  Jon refused to do anything for me, at all—but Jon threatened to call the Escambia County Sheriff’s office on me, simply for “bothering” him.  This is why I am now filing a complaint against this manager, Jon, at Walmart #1605.  I am sick and tired of being bounced back and forth between Walmart corporate and Walmart #1605, regarding my request that Walmart #1605 either reopen 24 hours a day, or discontinue the online grocery-pickup service.  I certainly do not need this Walmart manager, Jon, to worsen an already contentious situation.  I expect you to make sure Jon never mistreats me—or any other Walmart customer—again.

Because you never addressed this situation, that manager, Jon, acted out again, on July 16, 2019—and banned me from the store, for no legitimate reason, whatsoever.
You are now responsible for my being banned from Walmart Store #1605.  And I will file a lawsuit against Walmart, if you do not lift this ban—and let the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office know you are lifting this ban—immediately.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I ADDRESSED THIS EMAIL TO WALMART’S CORPORATE OFFICE—NOT TO STORE #1605.  IT IS BECAUSE YOU (WALMART CORPORATE) NEVER ADDRESSED THIS ISSUE WITH THE BELLIGERENT MANAGER, JON, IN THE FIRST PLACE, THAT JON ACTED OUT AGAIN.  THE STORE MANAGER, LACHELLE DEXTER, LAUGHED AND SMIRKED, AS JON INTERRUPTED MY CONVERSATION WITH HER, AND PHYSICALLY INSERTED HIMSELF BETWEEN ME AND HER, TO PREVENT US FROM BEING ABLE TO FINISH OUR CONVERSATION—LAUGHING AND SMIRKING, LIKE A SPOILED BOY.
YOU, WALMART CORPORATE, HAD BETTER GET THIS RESOLVED NOW, OR I WILL FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST WALMART.
