AMERICAN FLAGS

We expect our American troops to defend our current American Flag against all foreign enemies.

But if we don’t defend our historical American Flags against all domestic enemies, how can we be worthy of our American troops?

Get your heads out of your apps, and stop these bastards—before it is too late.

Subversive, anti-American politicians have been trampling all over your First Amendment right to freedom of speech since June 22, 2015.  And if you do not stop these subversive, anti-American politicians now, you will lose your First Amendment right to freedom of speech—then all of your other constitutional rights.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Subject: FROM SCOTT MAYO, RE TWO ONLINE PETITIONS I HAVE STARTED

I appreciate your time and consideration, in reading this email.

For a long time now, I’ve been very concerned about the direction our country, the United States, is taking.

Since 2012, I’ve been especially concerned about the destructive impact that unrestrained Digital-Age technology—particularly cellular technology (cellphones and smartphones) and social media (Facebook, Twitter, et al)—is having on our country.

And since June 22, 2015, I’ve been especially concerned about an ongoing trend of state and local politicians censoring their constituents’ historical flags, and destroying their constituents’ historical monuments—without their constituents’ consent.  This posthumous extermination of the Confederate States of America is destructive to the United States of America—and I have been doing all I can to bring awareness to it, and to elicit the help of my fellow Southern Americans, my fellow Americans, and my fellow human beings worldwide, in stopping this destructive trend.

I have started two petitions on the website, Change.org, on which I would appreciate your adding your signature to mine.

The first is to President Trump, requesting that he remove Nikki Haley from his presidential cabinet—because Nikki Haley is the initial perpetrator of this posthumous extermination of the Confederate States of America, and because Nikki Haley is being rewarded for her exploitation of a mass murder.

The second is to Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward and the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners to return the First Confederate Flag to its rightful place in Pensacola’s Five-Flags Displays—the historical flags displays of the five nations under which Pensacola, Florida, has lived and thrived.  These local politicians have censored the First Confederate Flag from our historical flags displays since June 24, 2015—without our consent.  They have not even let us vote on this.

Our country, the United States of America, is in serious danger of self-destruction.  The sociopolitical chaos our country is experiencing in this Digital Age is unprecedented in its history.  And this sociopolitical chaos—driven by unrestrained Digital-Age technology—is spreading all over our world.

Most of us seem to be pretending that everything is fine—as if our country’s problems will simply go away if we ignore them.  But this is never the case—no country’s problems simply go away, as if by magic.

Many of us are quite aware of the danger posed to our country, but feel so powerless to do anything about it that we just give up—we just do nothing, and look forward to our deaths, or to a Biblical event that will require no action on our part.

Of course, neither of these approaches is ever effective.

We can turn our country—and our world—around.  But we can only do this together—and with small, incremental actions.

And signing online petitions is a way of taking small, incremental actions together.

Please click on the links below, and—unless either of these petitions is against everything you believe in—add your signature to these online petitions.  Your signature will be greatly appreciated—perhaps more than you know.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CONFEDERATE MEMORIAL MONUMENTS, FROM SOMEONE WHO IS NOT A POLITICIAN

Mitch Landrieu is nothing but a pandering, self-serving, sociopathic liar.

Here is the truth about Confederate memorial monuments, from someone who is not a politician:

The Reconstruction was nothing of the sort.  It was a brutal occupation of the vanquished Confederate States of America, in which all citizens of the vanquished Confederate States of America—of all races and ethnicities—were denied their constitutional rights for twelve years.

From 1865 to 1877, Southern women were raped, Southern men were murdered, and Southern families were displaced—on a constant basis—by Union troops and Union League terrorists.

Over 50,000 Southern civilians, of all races and ethnicities, died of exposure and starvation during the Civil War, and the Reconstruction—the Union occupation which followed the Civil War.

Needless to say, one of the constitutional rights which the Southern American people were denied during the Reconstruction was their First-Amendment right to freedom of speech.

Because the United States won the war, Union citizens were immediately able to build memorial monuments to their war dead—and had enough money to do so.

But the citizens of the vanquished Confederate States of America were prohibited from building memorial monuments to their war dead, for twelve years, because they were denied their First-Amendment right to freedom of speech for twelve years.

Citizens of the vanquished Confederate States of America were only able to build monuments to their war dead after the Reconstruction ended in 1877.

Yet even then, they had to raise the money to build them—and this took decades.

This is why the overwhelming majority of Confederate memorial monuments were built in the late Nineteenth century and early Twentieth century.

And they were not built to pretend that the South had actually won the war, or to intimidate Black Southerners—many Black Southerners attended the ceremonies at which these memorial monuments to the Confederate war dead were presented.  Because the Confederate war dead included many Black Confederate soldiers and sailors who had proudly served the Confederate States of America, of their own free will.

The monuments were not Confederate-era monuments—because they were built after the United States of America defeated the Confederate States of America, and after the brutal Union occupation of the vanquished Confederate States of America finally ended.

When Mitch Landrieu said he would replace the statue of Confederate President Jefferson Davis with an American flag—he knew very well that a flag of the Confederate States of America was just as much an American flag as a flag of the United States of America.

The posthumous extermination of the Confederate States of America is destructive to the United States of America—and Mitch Landrieu knows this.

New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu did not call for the removal of four Confederate memorial monuments until June 24, 2015—the same day that Alabama Governor Robert Bentley censored all Confederate flags from Confederate memorial monuments on the grounds of the Alabama State Capitol, and the same day that Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward censored the First Confederate Flag from Pensacola’s historical flags displays.

And on June 22, 2015, South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley called for the censorship of a Confederate battle flag from a Confederate memorial monument on the grounds of the South Carolina State Capitol—in a speech in which she blamed a mass murder committed in Charleston, South Carolina, on a historical American flag in Columbia, South Carolina.

The overwhelming majority of the state and local politicians who are censoring their constituents’ historical flags and monuments, without their constituents’ consent, are actually Republicans—following the lead of Republican Nikki Haley.

And Democrats like Mitch Landrieu are simply riding this Republican bandwagon for the same reason Republican Nikki Haley got the bandwagon rolling, in the first place—it gives them a shot at the House of Representatives, the Senate, and even the Presidency.

The dismantled Confederate memorial monuments in New Orleans must be restored, if possible.  And if this is not possible, they must be left in exactly the same state that Mitch Landrieu has left them, as a warning—to all people—of the politicians and their lies.

YOU’LL EITHER SIGN MY PETITIONS, OR YOU WON’T—YOU EITHER CARE ABOUT YOUR COUNTRY, OR YOU DON’T.

“RT@USUN: We are so proud of Affan and Alina, two Indian students in the U.S. #EnglishAccess program. They have been working hard after school growing their English skills and learning about the U.S. We can’t wait to see what they do to strengthen the bond between our countries!”

Disgusting, isn’t it?

Nimrata Randhawa Haley is not the U.S. Ambassador to India—she is the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.

Yet this pandering, self-serving, sociopathic liar is living it up on some kind of self-promotional tour in India—and even brainwashing young, privileged Indians like these to come to the United States, infiltrate both the Democratic and Republican parties, and exploit us, the people of the United States, for all they can get out of us.

This pandering, self-serving, sociopathic liar is evil and disgusting—and you have an opportunity, right now, to get her out of your government.

https://www.change.org/p/president-trump-remove-the-dishonorable-nikki-r-haley-from-your-cabinet-immediately-so-you-can-immediately-restore-some-honor-to-your-cabinet

I have spent hundreds of dollars of my disability money paying Change.org to promote this and my other Change.org petition—simply to get enough signatures on either one.

Ironically, this is the first month I have spent no money promoting my two online petitions—and it is the most desperately poor month I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Yet I’m not asking you for money.  I’m just asking you to care about your country again, as we Americans did in the 1980s, the 1970s, the 1960s, and every decade and century before—and as a handful of us still do.

https://www.change.org/p/pensacola-mayor-ashton-hayward-and-the-escambia-county-board-of-county-commissioners-return-the-first-confederate-flag-to-its-rightful-place-in-pensacola-s-five-flags-displays

You would be amazed how many people try their best to discourage me from caring about anything or anyone outside my own little life—because they don’t care about anything or anyone outside their own little lives.

You would be amazed how many people even criticize, shame, and ridicule me for caring about anything or anyone outside my own little life—yet are completely unwilling to do a goddamned thing to lighten this cross I choose to carry for my country and my world, even something as effortless as signing an online petition to remove a diabolical politician from office, or signing an online petition to return a historical flag to a historical flags display, a historical flag that has been censored by diabolical politicians without the consent of their constituents, to whom that flag rightfully belongs.

You’ll either sign my petitions, or you won’t—you either care about your country, or you don’t.

GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR APPS—AND TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR COUNTRY

Worst Mayor Ever Mitch Landrieu is retired, in disgrace—for the moment.

Yet Worst Mayor Ever Ashton Hayward is still in office—and Worst Mayor Ever Grover C. Robinson IV will soon be in office, if Pensacolians don’t get their heads out of their apps, and vote wisely.

And Worst Governor Ever Nimrata Randhawa Haley is U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations because “she is one of the savviest, most cunning and cutthroat political operators we’ve ever seen,” and because she is “as ambitious as Lucifer,” and as evil as Satan.

VIEWER FEEDBACK

Ms. Robin,

The Confederate memorial monuments that the Dishonorable Mitch Landrieu brutally censored—without the consent of the people of New Orleans, to whom those monuments belonged—were not Confederate-era monuments.

Mitch Landrieu is nothing but a pandering, self-serving, sociopathic liar.

Here’s the truth about those monuments:

The Reconstruction was nothing of the sort.  It was a brutal occupation of the vanquished Confederate States of America, in which all citizens of the vanquished Confederate States of America—of all races and ethnicities—were denied their constitutional rights for twelve years.

From 1865 to 1877, Southern women were raped, Southern men were murdered, and Southern families were displaced—on a constant basis—by Union troops and Union League terrorists.

Ms. Robin, this is why the overwhelming majority of Confederate memorial monuments were built in the late Nineteenth century and early Twentieth century.

They were not built to intimidate Black Southerners, or to claim that the South had actually won the war—many Black Southerners attended the ceremonies at which these memorial monuments to the Confederate war dead were presented.  Because, as you probably know, the Confederate war dead included many Black Confederate soldiers and sailors who had proudly served the Confederate States of America, of their own free will.

So the monuments were not Confederate-era monuments—because they were built after the United States of America defeated the Confederate States of America, and after the brutal Union occupation of the vanquished Confederate States of America finally ended.

And when the Dishonorable Mitch Landrieu says he will replace the statue of President Jefferson Davis with an American flag—he knows very well that a flag of the Confederate States of America is just as much an American flag as a flag of the United States of America.

Ms. Robin, the posthumous extermination of the Confederate States of America is destructive to the United States of America—and the Dishonorable Mitch Landrieu knows this.

Ms. Robin, Mitch Landrieu did not call for the removal of those Confederate memorial monuments until June 24, 2015—the same day that Alabama Governor Robert Bentley censored all Confederate flags from Confederate memorial monuments on the grounds of the Alabama State Capitol, and the same day that Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward censored the First Confederate Flag from Pensacola’s historical flags displays.

Ms. Robin, the overwhelming majority of the state and local politicians who are censoring their constituents’ historical flags and monuments, without their constituents’ consent, are actually Republicans—following the lead of Republican Nikki Haley.

And Democrats like Mitch Landrieu are simply jumping on this Republican bandwagon for the same reason Republican Nikki Haley got the bandwagon rolling, in the first place—it gives them a shot at the House of Representatives, the Senate, and even the Presidency.

Ms. Robin, I agree with Save Our Circle—those monuments must be restored, if possible.  And if that is not possible, they must be left in exactly the same state that Landrieu has left them, as a warning—to all people—of the politicians and their lies.
